MBA award winning bespoke fitout of high end bar, including complete stripout, roof and façade extension and relocation, custom made operable windows and external works. Project included heavy overseas procurement and fast tracked delivery in sensitive environment - delivered in 12 weeks. Grain bar was awarded the MBA award for best use of timber. Part of a three stage $8,000,000 project at the Four Seasons Sydney which included a restaurant and conference floor.
