The scope was to deliver a complete Activity Based Workstation office fitout for Finance and Research Client Sirca Ltd within the landmakr Clocktower, The Rocks. Conceived by cutting edge architects Woods Bagot, the project incorporate contrasting winter / summer workspaces, including balcony & large outdoor break-out area. The project includes multiple meeting spaces, new shower and break out area. Due to the nature of Sirca and their business, the project entailed a detailed AV component in addition to significant conferencing materials. The client’s expectations and requirements were superseded from day one and the end product was a strong success with the client stating the project ran “perfectly”.
